Arabic Biryani Ingredients 1 kg Chicken cut into 4 pcs 1 Large Onion Chopped 1 Large Tomato Chopped 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 potato cut into 4 pcs 1/2 Small Capsicum 1/2 cup Chopped Parsley 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Curry Pawder 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp Coriander Pawder Black Paper Crushed 1/2 tsp 1 tbsp Arabic Spices 1 Cube Maggi Yoghurt 1/2 cup Salt as required Oil as required A few Saffron Strands (Zafran) soaked in 5 tbsp of water Ingredients for Rice 3 cup Basmati Rice 4 Whole Cardamom Pods 6 Whole Cloves 6 Black Peppercorns 1 Bay Leave 1 Cinnamon Stick  1 tbsp oil Salt as required Method  Boil Chicken with water salt curry pawder and black paper Crushed. Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey. Baklava Ingredients:  1 Pound frozen Phyllo Sheetsturkish Baklava  1 cup Melted Butter  2 cup finely Chopped Walnuts,Pisatachio or Blanched Almonds  1/2 cup Sugar  1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon  3/4 cup Sugar  3/4 cup Honey  1 cup Water 1 tbsp Lemon Juice  Preparation:  Thaw phyllo pastry and separate sheets according to package directions. Keep pastry not being used covered with clean damp dish towel to keep it from drying out. Place half of pastry sheets in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan, one by one, brushing each sheet quickly and all over with melted butter. Combine nuts, 1/2 cup sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over buttered pastry.  Place remaining sheets on top, brushing each with melted butter. Cut baklava pastry into 2-inch diamonds. Hummus Ingredients 1 cup chick peas ¼ cup lemon juice 2 tbsp water ½ tsp salt Ground sweet paprika 2 cloves of garlic chopped Olive oil ¼ cup Tahini 3 tbsp Directions Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until thick paste. Serve with olive oil drizzled on top with some fresh olives and Parsley.
