Biscuit Pudding

Biscuit Pudding 



Ingredients: 
  • Any Biscuit 200 gm 
  • Milk 1 litre 
  • Sugar 250 gms 
  • Custard powder 5 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Instant coffee 1 tsp
  • Choclate Syrup as required
Directions: 
  • Add sugar, custard powder and cocoa powder to milk and boil it. When it thickens remove it from the flame and then add vanilla essence to it. In one cup of water prepare the instant coffee and dip the biscuits in it. After dipping, spread it in the pudding plate. On one layer of biscuit pour custard completely. Then place the next layer of biscuit over it over which custard is poured again.Put some Choclate Syrup on top. keep it in the refrigerator.
