Chicken Tikka Shashlik

Chicken Tikka Shashlik Ingredients Chicken (boneless) 300g Capsicum (diced) 1 Onions (diced) 1 BBQ Masala 1 ½ Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Lemon juice 2tbsp Corn flour 1tsp Oil 2tbsp Salt as required BBQ steak as required Method Cut the boneless chicken into small cubes. In a mixing bowl add the bbq masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, corn flour, oil and salt. Mix well then add the chicken pieces, capsicum and onions. Marinate the chicken pieces for half an hour. Thread the chicken pieces on the skewers, alternating with the diced capsicums and onions. Thread chicken onto skewers on a lightly greased grill. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes or until tender and well browned turning often and brushing with marinade the whole time.

Gajar ka Halwa ( Carrot Halwa )

Gajar ka Halwa ( Carrot Halwa ) Ingredients 1 kg carrots- peeled and grated 1 liter full fat milk 2 tbsp mixed and chopped nuts like almonds,pistachio and cashew nuts 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) 3/4 cup sugar Directions In a deep and heavy bottomed pan (kadhai), bring the milk to boil.Add the grated carrots and turn the heat to medium-low. Cook till all the milk evaporates, stirring occasionally. When all the milk evaporates add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook till sugar melts.Turning the heat to medium, add ghee. Roast the halwa till carrots turn deep red and ghee begins to separate. Turn off the heat and garnish with toasted chopped nuts. Serve gajar halwa hot, cold or warm. It tastes best when served warm.

Chicken Club Sandwich Ingredients Bread slices 8 Tomato (cut into slices) 1 Cucumber (cut into slices) 1 Chicken breast 2 Omelets made with 2 eggs Mayonnaise ½ cup Salad leaves as required Salt ¼ tsp Black pepper ¾ tsp Cheese 2 tbsp Method Boil chicken with salt and black paper then Chop the chicken, slightly mix with ½ cup mayonnaise and 2 tbsp cheese, slightly toast 8 bread slices, apply mayonnaise, put prepared chicken mixture, cover with second slice of bread, now put one salad leaves, cucumber slices, tomato slices and a piece of omelets, cover with last 3rd slice of bread. Cut into 4 triangular pieces, fix with tooth picks and serve with fires and Coleslaw salad.

Hummus

Hummus Ingredients 1 cup chick peas ¼ cup lemon juice 2 tbsp water ½ tsp salt Ground sweet paprika 2 cloves of garlic chopped Olive oil ¼ cup Tahini 3 tbsp Directions Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until thick paste. Serve with olive oil drizzled on top with some fresh olives and Parsley.

Falooda

Falooda Ingredients Milk 3 cup Sugar 3 tbsp Subza soaked 1 tsp Falooda, soaked 1/2 packet Rose syrup 2 tbsp Cashewnuts, chopped 10-12 Mango ice cream 4 scoop Method Heat the milk with the sugar and bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Place in a refrigerator to chill. Add the soaked subza to the milk, stir and chill it in the refrigerator.Pour half a tablespoon of rose syrup into four wide-mouthed falooda glasses.Pour the milk into each glass, top with two to three tablespoons of falooda, a scoop of Mango ice cream and a sprinkling of chopped cashew nuts. Serve at once.

Labe Shirin Cooking Recipes Ingredients 1 liter Fresh milk 1 tin Pineapple cubes 1 tin Peach 1 tin Fruit cocktail 2 Apple 4 Banana 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Almond chopped 1 cup Pistachio chopped 1 cup Cashew nut chopped 1 packet Straw berry jelly 1 packets Green jelly 1 packet Orange jelly 4 tbsp Vanilla custard 1 Packet Whipped Cream 100 gm Strawberries 1/2 cup chilled Water Method Take a pan and put milk with sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Then add 4 tbsp of vanilla custard and dissolve it in milk and stir it with wooden spoon.In a separate bowl add 1 packet of whipped cream and 1/2 cup chilled water and beat this for 5 mnts and keep aside.Now take a sauce pan add 1 cup water bring to boil then add 1 packet of strawberry jelly cook it for 1-2 mint, after remove from flame and add 1 cup of cool water let it cool. When custard become thick put off the flame and put into serving dish.and cool it on room temperature.Then add jelly and keep in a freezer to set.After that
