Chicken Burger

These burgers are really tasty and quick to make. Try it and in no time you will have wonderful burgers to eat. I tried them and everyone loved it. Chicken Burger Ingredients Soya bean chunks 1/2 cup Chicken mince 1 cup Burger buns burger buns 3 Milk 3 cups Salt to taste Green chillies chopped 2 Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp Oil to shallow fry Mustard paste as required Tomato ketchup as required Onions 1 finely chopped Cucumber Sliced 1 Lettuce halved 3 leaves Tomatoes sliced 1 Black peppercorns,crushed 4 Chesse Slices 3 Mayonnaise as required Method Soak soya chunks in warm milk for an hour. Drain and put them in a mixer. Add salt and grind. Transfer into a bowl. Add chicken mince, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves and finely chopped onion and mix well.Then make burger and shallow fry it. Apply mayonnaise,ketchup over all the burger halves. No Bake Vanilla Cheesecake Dessert Ingredients:  1 Graham Cracker Crust  200 gm Cream Cheese 2 tsp cup White Sugar  1 tsp Vanilla Extract  1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream  2 Flutes Choclate Method In a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until well incorporated.In another chilled bowl, stir the whipping cream until soft peaks form.Whisk the cream cheese mixture with the whipped cream.In a round pan, pour the mixture evenly over into graham cracker crust. Garnish with choclate pieces.Place into refrigerator and chill for at least 5 hours.After 5 hours, remove it from refrigerator and slice to serve.

Yogurt salad

Yogurt salad Ingredients 1 Cucumber Peel and Chopped 1 Carrot Peel and Chopped 1 Tomato Peel and Chopped 4 Strawberries Chopped 1  Orange Peel and Chopped 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp Black Paper Crushed 1/4 tsp Sugar 1 cups Cabbage 5 tbsp Yogurt, low fat 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Mayonase Method Dressing-Place Yogurt, lemon juice,salt paper,sugar in a small bowl and stir together. Wash the cabbage and chop finely.Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir together. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and add salt and pepper to taste.

Biscuit Pudding

Biscuit Pudding  Ingredients:  Any Biscuit 200 gm  Milk 1 litre  Sugar 250 gms  Custard powder 5 tbsp Cocoa powder 2 tbsp Vanilla essence 1 tsp Instant coffee 1 tsp Choclate Syrup as required Directions:  Add sugar, custard powder and cocoa powder to milk and boil it. When it thickens remove it from the flame and then add vanilla essence to it. In one cup of water prepare the instant coffee and dip the biscuits in it. After dipping, spread it in the pudding plate. On one layer of biscuit pour custard completely. Then place the next layer of biscuit over it over which custard is poured again.Put some Choclate Syrup on top. keep it in the refrigerator.

Baklava

Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey. Baklava Ingredients:  1 Pound frozen Phyllo Sheetsturkish Baklava  1 cup Melted Butter  2 cup finely Chopped Walnuts,Pisatachio or Blanched Almonds  1/2 cup Sugar  1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon  3/4 cup Sugar  3/4 cup Honey  1 cup Water 1 tbsp Lemon Juice  Preparation:  Thaw phyllo pastry and separate sheets according to package directions. Keep pastry not being used covered with clean damp dish towel to keep it from drying out. Place half of pastry sheets in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan, one by one, brushing each sheet quickly and all over with melted butter. Combine nuts, 1/2 cup sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over buttered pastry.  Place remaining sheets on top, brushing each with melted butter. Cut baklava pastry into 2-inch diamonds. Fried rice

Fried rice  Ingredients Eggs 1 Cold cooked rice 2 cups  Frozen Carrot-Peas and corn1 cup  Capsicum Chopped 1 Sausages 3 Dry red chilli 2  Soya sauce 1 tsp  Worchestire sauce 1 tsp  Pepper powder 1/2 tsp  Canola oil 2 tsp  Salt as per taste  Method: Heat 1 tsp canola oil. Add the beaten eggs and pinch of salt. Cut Sausages in small cubes.Scramble the eggs.Heat 1 tsp canola oil add sausages then add dry red chillies.add the capsicum, peas-carrot mixture.When the peas,corn and the carrots are cooked, add the scrambled eggs and the cold cooked rice. If the rice is in the form of mounds, break it. Once the rice is a little warm, add the soya sauce and the worchestire sauce. Mix it well. Add the pepper powder. Garnish with some chopped Spring Onions (optional).

Chicken Jalfraezi

Chicken Jalfraezi  Ingredients:-  Boneless chicken 1/2 kg  Onions sliced thin 3 medium sized  Capsicum 1 medium sized  Ginger 1 inch  Garlic 10 cloves  Fresh Spring Onions for Garnish Vinegar 2 tbsp  Soya Sauce 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsps  Salt to taste  Oil as needed  Black Paper Pawder 1tsp Method :-  Wash,pat dry chicken and cut into small Cubes.Wash,halve,deseed and cut capsicum into Cube.Peel and cut 1 inch piece of ginger into julienne.Grind the garlic.Marinate chicken with salt and black paper pawder.Heat oil in a pan add sliced onions and stir fry till translucent.Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 to 3 mins.Now add in marinated chicken strips and stir fry for 3-4 mins.Mix in tomato ketchup,soya sauce and fry chicken until it is almost dry,stirring in between.Adjust the seasoning and add ginger julienne,capsicum strips,vinegar and toss.Remove from heat.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with rice/roti.

Cabbage and Parsley Salad

Cabbage and Parsley Salad  Ingredients:  1/2 Medium Green Cabbage  1 Chopped Carrot 1 Chopped Cucumber 1 Small Bunch of Parsley 1/2 tsp Sumac  1/2 tsp Black pepper  Salt to taste Olive oil as Required Method: This salad makes enough for about 4-5 servings.Chop cabbage to a fine/coarse texture. Cube all other vegetables and add to bowl. Season with sumac,olive oil and black pepper. Mix together and serve.

Tomato & Cucumber Salad  Ingredients 2 Chopped Tomatoes 1 Cucumber, diced 1 Carrot ,diced 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 tbsp Sumac Cabbage as Required 5 Leaves of Romaine Lettuce  Salt to taste 2 tbsp Olive Oil Method: In a large bowl Mix tomato,cucumber,carrot,vinegar,sumac,cabbage,lettuce,salt and olive oil.Let sit for about 5 – 10 minutes and serve. I guarantee that everyone will be going for a second serving.

Jeera rice

Jeera rice is a simple preparation of rice that has been flavoured with jeera or cumin seeds. This versatile rice preparation can be eaten as an accompaniment with almost any dal or vegetable. Jeera rice with plain curds and pickle or just topped with some ghee is my personal favourite. Using shah-jeera in this recipe adds a lovely flavour and fragrance to the rice. Coriander imparts taste and a delightful green colour turning plain simple rice into a preparation to be relished.  Jeera rice  Ingredients :  1 cup Basmati rice  2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)  1 tsp Cumin powder  2 cups Water  1 Onion- sliced  Salt to taste  1 tbsp Oil or ghee (clarified butter)  Method: Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes.Heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker and add jeera. When they change color, add onion. Fry till light brown. Add cumin powder. Add rice with 2 cups of water and salt. Pressure cook to 1 whistle. Chicken Manchurian

Chicken Manchurian  Ingredients:  300 gm Boneless chicken  4 Garlic cloves, chopped 1 Egg, beaten 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp Chili garlic sauce 1 Capsicum, chopped 1 Spring onion, chopped (only green part) 1/2 Lemon Salt to taste Black pepper to taste White pepper to taste 2 tbsp Worchester sauce 2 tbsp Flour 2 tbsp Corn flour  Method: Put chicken in a bowl and add 2 chopped garlic, white pepper, black pepper, salt,1/2 egg, flour and 1tbsp oil. Mix it and deep fry it. Set aside.In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and fry it. Add capsicum, green onion and sauté it. Add fried chicken, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, salt, black and white pepper and mix it. Now add 1 cup water and cook it for 2-3 minutes.Now add Worchester sauce. Dissolve corn flour in little water and put it in Manchurian gravy. Stir it and cook till it thickens.Before serving pour some drops of lemon juice. Garnish with spring Onion.Serve it with fried rice.

Chicken Noodles

Chicken Noodles   Ingredients  Chicken boneless1/2 kg  Cabbage chopped 1  Noodles 1 packet  Lemon 2  Green Capsicum chopped 1 Red Capsicum chopped 1 Yellow Capsicum chopped 1 Carrot chopped 2  Sugar 1 tsp  Sesame oil 1 tsp  Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp  Soya sauce 2 tbsp  White vinegar 2 tbsp  Oil as required  Salt to taste  Black paper 1tsp Method  Boil 1 packet noodles in water and add 2 tbsp oil. When noodles turn soft strain it and cool it and grease it. Take chicken and add 1tsp black paper,salt to taste and lemon to coat and fry it in frying pan till it turns golden brown.In awoke, heat 2 tbsp oil,ginger garlic paste and add 2 chopped carrot, 2 capsicum chopped and 1 chopped cabbage to stir fry. Now Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, salt to taste, 1 tsp sugar and add chicken in it. Pour 1 tsp sesame oil from top and serve hot.

Home made Chicken Pizza Ingredients For Dough  Flour 2 cups Instant Yeast 1 ½ tsp Sugar 1 tsp heaped Salt ½ tsp • Oil 3 tbsp Egg 1 Milk powder 1 tbsp Luke warm Water to make dough  Ingredients For Filling Chicken tikka chunks 1 cup Pizza sauce 4 tbsp Mushrooms slIced 4 Olives 4 slIced Crushed red pepper ½ tsp Capsicum slIced 4 tbsp Onion slIced 2 tbsp Oregano leaves 1 tbsp Cheddar cheese grated ¾ cup Mozzarella cheese grated ¾ cup  Method:  In a bowl mix together Flour 2 cups, Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp, Sugar 1 tsp heaped, Salt ½ tsp, Oil 3 tbsp, Egg 1, Milk powder 1 tbsp, Lukewarm water to make dough. The dough should be soft, bang the dough for 2 minutes, roll the dough into 1/8 inches thin and line a 10 inch greased pizza plate with dough, prick dough with fork, bake blind for 7-8 minutes on 200 degree C in a pre heated oven. Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken tikka masala is probably the most popular Indian dish in the Western countries. For me it is definitely not surprising that perfectly grilled chicken cubes slathered with a rich and delicious sauce of almonds and tomatoes are well-loved and in demand. The tomatoes make the curry mild for those who dont have a fiery palate and the almonds lend their rich nutty flavor to make it all the more irresistible. I have always loved the tandoori dishes be it naan or tikkas or tikka masalas. So it was taken that when we grill the tikkas, I would make Chicken tikka masala with it. The recipe I used was perfect, with the spices and the tomato gravy balanced well to make a decadent rich curry. I have given the Chicken Tikka recipe for the marinade and grilling instructions in a previous post. Murg Makhani/Butter Chicken Ingredients: Chicken 1kg ( boneless or bones depends on what you prefer)  Curd 1 cup  Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp  Garam Masala 1 tsp  Ginger 2 tbsp  Garlic 2 tbsp  Mustard Oil 2 tbsp  Butter 2 tbsp  Fenugreek leaves/Dried Methi  Salt 1 tsp  Lime juice 2 tbsp  Tomato Puree 2 cups  Fresh Cream 1 cup  Method: Cut Chicken into small pieces.Take the chicken pieces and marinate them in salt,lime juice,kashmiri chilly powder,Ginger 1 tbsp and garlic 1 tbsp and mustard oil 2 tbsp and take the curd and mix all these well and marinate for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator. Pre-Heat the oven to 350 degree F . Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto a skewer and grill them (broil) for 10 - 12 minutes or until done. Chicken - 65 Ingredients for marination :-  Boneless chicken breast 1 lb  Salt 1/2 tsp Chilly powder 1/4 tsp Coriander powder 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder 1/8 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder 1/8 tsp Azinomoto 1/4 tsp Egg 1  Cornflour 5 tsp Oil Sufficient for deep frying  Ingredients for Tadka :- Oil  2 tsp Green chillies 4  Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp Curry leaves 2 sprigs Black pepper powder 1/8 tsp Curd 1/4 cup  Coriander powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Chilly powder 1/8 tsp Red food color pinch  Coriander leaves 5 sprigs  Method :-  Clean and chop chicken into nice small cubes. Chicken Tikka Ingredients 1.5 lb Boneless chicken  ¼ cup Plain yogurt  1.5 tbsp Ginger paste  1.5 tbsp Garlic paste  ½   tbsp Cumin powder  1/3 tsp Turmeric  ½ tsp Chili powder  1 tsp Cardamom powder  3 tbsp Lemon juice  2 tsp Cilantro paste  or 1 tsp Coriander powder  2 tbsp Gram flour  5 tbsp Oil  Salt to taste  Method Cut chicken into 1-inch cube pieces. Mix all spices with yogurt and beat well.Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 4 hours.Cooking in Oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Roast for about 15 minutes or until done, basting once with oil. Keep a tray underneath to collect the drippings.Cooking in Grill: Grill for 8-10 minutes or until done, basting once with oil. Serve hot by itself or with meal.

Pasta with Cheese

Pasta with Cheese   Ingredients: Any Pasta ½ packet Chicken Bonless 300 gm  Capsicum 1  Mozzarella cheese 1 packet Garlic chopped 3 Cloves Parsley chopped ¼ bunch  Fresh Cream ¼ cup  Black pepper powder ½ tsp Oil 3 tbsp Salt to taste  Method:  Cut 300 gm Chicken into small cubes, boil ½ packet of pasta and keep aside.Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 3 cloves of chopped garlic and fry well till golden brown.Now add Chicken cubes and fry till its color is changed.Add ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, 1 chopped capsicum, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder and boiled pasta. Mix well. Lastly add 1 packet of grated mozzarella cheese. Mix well for 1 – 2 minutes. Remove in a serving dish and serve hot.
