- 1 kg Chicken cut into 4 pcs
- 1 Large Onion Chopped
- 1 Large Tomato Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 potato cut into 4 pcs
- 1/2 Small Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Curry Pawder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Coriander Pawder
- Black Paper Crushed 1/2 tsp
- 1 tbsp Arabic Spices
- 1 Cube Maggi
- Yoghurt 1/2 cup
- Salt as required
- Oil as required
- A few Saffron Strands (Zafran) soaked in 5 tbsp of water
- 3 cup Basmati Rice
- 4 Whole Cardamom Pods
- 6 Whole Cloves
- 6 Black Peppercorns
- 1 Bay Leave
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt as required
Method
- Boil Chicken with water salt curry pawder and black paper Crushed. Boil it for 10 mnts.Then in a pot add oil then add onion and ginger garlic paste mit together then add all spices,tomato,parsley,coriander leaves,yoghurt,potato,maggi cube,capsicum and cook it for 2-3 mnt.then add boil chicken with stock. and cook it for 10 mnts.
- For rice : Boil rice with salt, whole spices and 1 tbsp oil, and boil it for 8 minuets. Remove from heat and Rinse the rice from any excess water.
- In a oven tray put chicken gravy then put boiled rice and safron and parsley and bake in preheated oven 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.Serve Hot.
