Chicken Burger

These burgers are really tasty and quick to make. Try it and in no time you will have wonderful burgers to eat. I tried them and everyone loved it. Chicken Burger Ingredients Soya bean chunks 1/2 cup Chicken mince 1 cup Burger buns burger buns 3 Milk 3 cups Salt to taste Green chillies chopped 2 Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp Oil to shallow fry Mustard paste as required Tomato ketchup as required Onions 1 finely chopped Cucumber Sliced 1 Lettuce halved 3 leaves Tomatoes sliced 1 Black peppercorns,crushed 4 Chesse Slices 3 Mayonnaise as required Method Soak soya chunks in warm milk for an hour. Drain and put them in a mixer. Add salt and grind. Transfer into a bowl. Add chicken mince, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves and finely chopped onion and mix well.Then make burger and shallow fry it. Apply mayonnaise,ketchup over all the burger halves. No Bake Vanilla Cheesecake Dessert Ingredients:  1 Graham Cracker Crust  200 gm Cream Cheese 2 tsp cup White Sugar  1 tsp Vanilla Extract  1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream  2 Flutes Choclate Method In a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until well incorporated.In another chilled bowl, stir the whipping cream until soft peaks form.Whisk the cream cheese mixture with the whipped cream.In a round pan, pour the mixture evenly over into graham cracker crust. Garnish with choclate pieces.Place into refrigerator and chill for at least 5 hours.After 5 hours, remove it from refrigerator and slice to serve.

Fruits and Vegetable Salad Ingredients: 1 Chopped Cucumber 1 Chopped Carrot 1/2 Cup Chopped Cabbage 1 Chopped Orange 4 Strawberries Summak 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black Paper Crushed 1/2 tsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Method: In a bowl mix all the ingredients and serve chilled.

Yogurt salad Ingredients 1 Cucumber Peel and Chopped 1 Carrot Peel and Chopped 1 Tomato Peel and Chopped 4 Strawberries Chopped 1  Orange Peel and Chopped 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp Black Paper Crushed 1/4 tsp Sugar 1 cups Cabbage 5 tbsp Yogurt, low fat 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Mayonase Method Dressing-Place Yogurt, lemon juice,salt paper,sugar in a small bowl and stir together. Wash the cabbage and chop finely.Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir together. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and add salt and pepper to taste.

Biscuit Pudding

Biscuit Pudding  Ingredients:  Any Biscuit 200 gm  Milk 1 litre  Sugar 250 gms  Custard powder 5 tbsp Cocoa powder 2 tbsp Vanilla essence 1 tsp Instant coffee 1 tsp Choclate Syrup as required Directions:  Add sugar, custard powder and cocoa powder to milk and boil it. When it thickens remove it from the flame and then add vanilla essence to it. In one cup of water prepare the instant coffee and dip the biscuits in it. After dipping, spread it in the pudding plate. On one layer of biscuit pour custard completely. Then place the next layer of biscuit over it over which custard is poured again.Put some Choclate Syrup on top. keep it in the refrigerator.

Baklava

Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey. Baklava Ingredients:  1 Pound frozen Phyllo Sheetsturkish Baklava  1 cup Melted Butter  2 cup finely Chopped Walnuts,Pisatachio or Blanched Almonds  1/2 cup Sugar  1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon  3/4 cup Sugar  3/4 cup Honey  1 cup Water 1 tbsp Lemon Juice  Preparation:  Thaw phyllo pastry and separate sheets according to package directions. Keep pastry not being used covered with clean damp dish towel to keep it from drying out. Place half of pastry sheets in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan, one by one, brushing each sheet quickly and all over with melted butter. Combine nuts, 1/2 cup sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over buttered pastry.  Place remaining sheets on top, brushing each with melted butter. Cut baklava pastry into 2-inch diamonds.
